The Church Planter Residency Cohort is for any leader who is dreaming about the possibility of one day becoming a church planter and planting a church, but who is more than a year away from doing so.

The goal of the process is first of all to study what is involved in church planting, to learn and grow through hearing from recent church planters, and to be able to discern whether or not they are called and designed to plant a church. 

Some will enter the journey and realize that church planting is not for them. That is as much of a success as those who realize that they are designed and called to plant a church, because the goal is placement within God’s will.

COMMITMENT

Participants are asked to prioritize the monthly online calls, and the annual in person gathering. It is also expected that they read one assigned book each month, and serve under a mentor in a healthy agreed-upon local church.
